Chawal Chilla/ Instant Rice Dosa

Straight from my state “Chhattisgarh”

From Chhattisgarhi Cuisine 

Chawal ka chilla ek bahut hi easy aur tasty breakfast dish hai. Isse Lal Chutney ke sath serve kiya jata hai jo spicy hoti hai.

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients 

Chawal ka aata(rice flour)-2 cup (check notes given in the end of the recipe)

Onion- 2-3 bareek kata hua

Hari mirch-2-3 bareek kati hui

Hara dhaniya- bareek kata hua

Salt

Method 

Sabko bade bowl may dale aur pani mila kar ghol ghole (thoda patla)

Ab tave pe chilla banaye yaad rahe ye chilla aap spoon se spread nahi kar sakte is liye ghol dalte time hi aapko shape dete hue dalna hoga

Dono taraf se ache se seke kam jyada aanch karte hue

Ye chilla thoda mota aur bada banaya jata hai

Note: 

For Rice flour:-

1st Method 

2 kg rice(mota wala)

500 gm chana dal

250 gm urad dal

Insab ko ache se poch kar (kapde se) sukha aur piswa kar rakh lijiye
Isse aap chawal ka chilla aur chawal ka dhokla dono bana sakte hai

2nd Method 

Dusra tarika hai ki aap chawal ka aata le usmay thoda sa besan mila lijiye(ekdum thoda)

3rd Method:-

Rice (2 glass) aur udad dal (white)(1/2 glass)

In dono ko dhoo kar 2-4 hours bheega de (soak kare) aur uske baad chaan kar pis le

(Baki procedure same hai)
