Aam ka Laccha Achar (khatta- meetha)

Ingredients
Kaccha Aam (khatta wala)- 1 kg (see method)
Sugar- 1 kg
Salt- 30 gms
Haldi – 1/4 tsp
Lal mirch- 10 gm(1-2 tsp)
Methi (pisa hua)- 1/4 tsp
Saunff-2 tsp (pisi hu)
Method
Aam ko chilkar kadukas kar le uske baad tole (measurement kare)
Aam, namak aur chini mila kar 2-3 hours chor de
Ab pakaye jab aam thoda soft ho jaye means jab uske lacche dabne lage tab baki ke masaley dal de
Thodi der (2-4 minuets) aur pakaye aur utar le
Jab pura thanda ho jaye ise store kar le
Aapnay Ismay mathi to Dali hi ni
