Ingredients

Pumpkin- 300 gm

Salt to taste

Haldi- 1/2 tsp

Dhaniya powder- 2- 3 tsp

Lal mirch powder- 1-1.5 tsp

Sugar/ chini- 3-4 tsps

Amchur- 3/4 tsp

Oil- 2-3 tsp

Methi dana- 1/2 tsp

Adrakh aur hari mirch ka paste ya chopped- 1-2 tsp

Hing- a pinch

Method

Pumpkin ko chilkar thoda bada bada cut kar le aur wash kar le

Kadai may oil garam kare aur methi dana dale

Ab hing dale aur 2-4 second ke baad adrakh aur hari mirch dale aur sauté kare

Ab kaddu dale aur acche se mix karke kuch der dhak kar kam aanch par pakaye (bich bich may chalatey rahe)

Jab kaddu thoda soft ho jaye tab sare masaley dale aur thoda sa pani dalkar mix karke kuch der aur dhakkar pakaye

Ab agar jaroorat ho toh thoda sa aur pani dale aur 1-2 ubal dekar utar le

Dal chawal/ puri/ paratha ke sath serve kare

Note

Ye sabji thodi khatti meethi banti hai
