Bhindi Raita

Crispy fried okra in spicy curd…. Absolutely yummmmmm ūüėčūüėčūüėčHere goes the recipe

Ingredients

Bhindi- 1.5 cup diagonally cut ki hui

Salt to taste

Bhuna jeera powder- 1/2 tsp

Black salt to taste

Black pepper- 1/4 tsp or less (optional)

Green chillies- 1-2 finely chopped (optional)

Curd- 2 cups (beaten)

Oil for deep frying

Method

Oil garam kare aur bhindi ko crispy hone tak deep fry kare and keep aside

Ek bowl may dahi chaan le

Usmay salt, black salt, black pepper, bhuna jeera powder aur bareek kati hari mirch dalkar ache se mix kar le

Just before serving add fried bhindi and serve immediately

Goes well with roti/ pulav/ chawal
