Ingredients:
For 20-22 pieces
For Dough:
Maida- 1/2 kg
Moyan(ghee)- 50 gms (melted)
Salt ti taste
For Matar Stuffing:-
Matar- 200 gm (2.5 katori) (dardara pisa hua)
Aloo- 2 boiled and mashed
Ginger, garlic aur green chilli paste- 2-3 tsps
Masala:-
Salt to taste
Haldi- 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powder- 1+1/2 tsp
Kitchen king masala- 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup- 2 tsp
Lal mirch- 1/2 tsp
Method
For Dough:
Maida may namak aur ghee mila kar lukewarm water se aata guthey (dough ready kare)na jyada kada na jyada soft aur dhak kar kuch der (15 min) rest karne de
For Matar Stuffing:-
Kadai may oil garam kare usmay ginger garlic paste seke uske baad matar dale thodi der pakaye phir sare masale dal de aur kuch der sek kar aloo aur sauce mila de
Thodi der aur sek lene ke baad utar le aur thanda kar le
Ab matar pump ko shape de aur garam oil may deep fry karle
Procedure wali pic ke liye dimag ki bati baad may jali 😂😂😂 toh jugad 😜😜😜

Ab uski ek lambi roti bel lo
Ab bich may matar ki stuffing rakhe
(Yaha reference ke liye aloo sabji use ki hai par actual may yaha matar ki stuffing aayegi)
Ab lamba portion se dono side se cover kare (see images)
Agar chipak nahi raha ho toh pani lagakar chipka do
