Ragda/ White Peas Sabji/ Batra Sabji

Ragda/ Batra sabji ko aap kai tariko se use kar saktey hai

Aap isse chaat bana sakte hai ya chaat may add kar saktey hai like papdi chaat, bread chaat etc. ya phir aap ise puri ke sath as a sabji bhi khaa saktey hai ya samosa ke sath as a side dish de saktey hai

Sath hi banane may ye bahut easy bhi hota hai

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

White matar (batra)- 2 cup

(wash karke soak kare 3-4 hours uske baad thoda sa namak aur haldi milakar cooker may 1 siti de (kabhi kabhi jyada siti bhi lagani pad sakti hai)

Onion- 1

Ginger- 2″

Garlic- 4-5 cloves

Green chillies- 2

(Pyaz, garlic, adrakh aur hari mirch ka paste bana le
(Mai garlic thoda jyada add karti hu))

Masala:- 
Salt to taste

Lal mirch- 1 tsp

Kitchen king masala (optional)- 1 tsp

Garam masala- 1/2 tsp

Amchur- 1/2 tsp

Method

Kadai may oil dale garam hone par pyaz wala paste dalkar bhoone

Jab pyaz seek jaye tab masale dale aur halka sa pani dale taki masala jal na jaye

Jab masala seek jaye tab boil kiya hua white matar(batra) dale aur phir namak mila de

Kuch der ubale aur phir utar kar thoda thanda hone par bareek kata hara dhaniya mila de
