Sprouts Salad 

Sprouts is the most popular nutritious food. They are a rich source of protein, anti- oxidant and other vitamins. 

You can eat it as breakfast, lunch or evening snacks.

Here goes the recipe 


Sprouted Moong- 1 cup

Sprouted Chana- 1/4 cup

Aanar- 1 (dana nikal le)

Sweet corn- 1/4 cup (boiled)

Capsicum- 1/2 ekdum chota chota cut kare

Green chillies- 2-3 bareek kati hui

Bareek kata hara dhaniya

Nimboo- 1

Tamatar- 1 finely chopped

Mint leaves/pudina patta- 7-8 (chopped)


Black pepper


For making sprouts:-

Moong aur chana ko raat bhar bheega kar rakhe.

Subah chaan le aur phir ek badi chaalni may dal kar rakh de 2-4 hours may ek bar thoda sa pani chitt de sprouts ready ho jayega 1 se 1.5 din may.

For Sprouts Salad:-

Sare ingredients ko ek bade bowl may mix kare.
