Rabdi


Rabdi is a sweet dish made with milk, mava, dryfruits and sugar. Perfect for any occasion.

Here is the recipe:-

Ingredients:-

Milk- 2 ltrs

Mava/khoya- 150 gms

Sugar- 3/4 cup (as per your taste)

Elaichi powder-1/4 tsp

Kesar- a pinch (soaked in 1/4 cup milk for 1/2 hour)

Dryfruits- kaju, unsalted pistachio (chopped)

Method:-

Ek bhari tale ki kadai may milk ko boil karne rakh de. Bich bich may chalate rahe.

Jab milk 1/4 ke ass pass reh jaye tab mava kis ke add kar de. Aur do char minute ke baad sugar add kar de. Sath hi kesar mila de.

Sugar add karne ke baad 4-5 ubal de kar utar le. Thodi si thandi hone ke baad elaichi powder aur dry fruits mix karde aur thanda karne ke liye fridge may rakh de. Fridge may kam se kam 4-5 hours rakhe taki ekdum thandi ho jaaye.

Ekdum chilled serve kare.
