Bhatura

Chola bhatura hum sabka favourite hota hai ūüėčūüėčūüėč

Yeh ek Punjabi dish hai

Aaj mai yaha bhatura ki recipe share kar rahi huHere goes the recipe

Ingredients

Maida- 2 cup

Baking powder- 1 tsp

Soda- 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Sugar- 1 tsp

Kalunji- 1/4 tsp or less

Dahi- 1.5 tbsp

Malai- 1 tbsp

Method

Maida chaan le aur namak aur kalunji mila le

Ab maide ke bich may ghadha (well) banaye aur usmay baki sare ingredients dale aur ungli se mix kartey rahe (1 min)

Ab pani milakar maida mix karke soft aata gundey (make soft dough) aur dhak kar 15-20 min rakh de

Ab is dough ko kuch der patak patak ke soft kare (aisa karney se bhatura acha phulta hai) aur 5-10 min ke liye rakh de

Ab ise oil laga kar bel le aur ekdum tez garam oil may deep fry kare (see video link given in the end)

  1. Hello ma’am, meri bhature ki maida ko jab me rest hone k liye rakhti hu…uske baad , plate mein hlka sa oil lgake dough ko chikna krti hu…toh wo tight ho jata hai.
    Khichta hai…chiwngum ki trah or maida ko belne pr wo badhta nhi h…
    Esa ku hota hai.

      Jab aap dough ready karey tab thoda soft dough banaye

      Phir acche se cover karke (gila kapda se) rest karne rakhey

      Aur rest karne ke liye rakhney se pehle oil lagakar thoda sa patak le dough ko

      Jab aap bele tab oil lagakar hi bele taki jyada zor na lagana pade
