Aaj se saavan lag gaya toh mummy pyaz lehsun band kar di 😜😜😜 is liye unke liye bas khichdi aur dahi

Aur humare liye Ek sabji, roti aur chawal bas ho gaya 😝😝😝

Stuffed tomatoes with steamed rice and tava roti 😋😋😋

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

For stuffing
(Aloo ka masala)

3-4 boiled potatoes

1- finely chopped onion

2 tsp- ginger garlic paste

2- green chilies chopped

Salt to taste

1/4 tsp amchur pwd

1/2 tsp kitchen king masala

1/4 tsp haldi pwd

1/2 tsp red chilli pwd

6-8 Tamatar

Method

For stuffing

Kadai may oil garm kare usmay hari mirch adrak aur garlic add kare do min cook kare uske baad sare masale add kar de ab boil kiya hua aloo mix kare namak milaye aur ache se mix karke do char min pakae aur utar kar thanda kar le

6-8 tomato (kadak)- bich se khokla kar le
(Jo bich ka pulp aur ras nikalega uska rakh le gravy ke liye)

Khokla karke ulta karke rakh le taake ras nikal jaye

Ab ismay aloo ka masala stuff karke tez garam oil may fry kar le…. Oil may dalte hi tamatar ki skin chorne lagegi bas tab nikal le
Thoda thanda karke phir puri skin nikal de aur side rakh le

 

Ingredients

For Gravy

Make a paste: 

2- onion

2-3 green chillies

2″ Ginger

2 tamatar & jo pulp nikla hai woh

Sabko mila ke pis lo

Masala: 

Haldi- 1/2 tsp

Kitchen king masala- 2 tsps heaped

Lal mirch- 3/4 tsp

Namak

Chini- 1 tsp

Garam masala- 1/2 tsp

Thodi si dahi ya malai- 1/2 cup

Bacha hua aloo wala filling (gravy thick karne ke liye)

Method

For Gravy

Kadai may oil garam kare pyaz tamatar wala paste dale aur oil chorne tak seke

Ab masala dale (hisaab se jitna dalta hai usse thoda kam) thoda pani dale aur kuch der seke ab dahi ya malai 2-3 chamch dale thoda sa pani aur aloo ka masala , namak thoda sa garam masala sab dal kar kuch der paka ke utar le

 

Jab serve karna ho tab gravy ache se garam kare bowl may stuff kiya hua tamatar rakh kar upar se gravy aur bareek kata hara dhaniya dale aur serve kare
