Pyazi/ Pyaz bada



Chhattisgarh ki famous dish PYAZI sath may Lal Chutney 😋😋😋

Pyaz bhaji, besan aur spices add karke deep fry ki jaati hai

Phir crispy pyazi ko lal chutney may dip karke jab khaao toh bas ANAND HI ANAND đŸ‘ŒđŸ»đŸ‘ŒđŸ»đŸ‘ŒđŸ»

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients 

Spring onion- 2 bundle (finely chopped)

Besan- 3-3.5 cup

Salt

Soda-1/4 tsp se thoda kam

Lukewarm oil-2 tbsp

Oil- for deep frying

Method 

Ek bowl may sare ingredients mix kare aur ekdum thick batter banaye

Aap do tareeke se ise bana sakte hai

Step 1:-

Ab pani se hath gila karke bada bada pakoda jaise banakar deep fry kare on slow flame (oil na bahut jyada garam ho na hi jyada thanda)

Adhkaccha (half cooked) utar le
Phir ise kisi flat plate se halke hath se daba kar flat kare (jyada patla na kare)



Step 2:-

Hath pani se gila karke ek bada portion batter ka hatheli par rakh kar ise flat kare (see image) aur deep fry kare

Jab serve karna ho tab ek bar phir deep fry kare aur crisp hone tak



Lal Chutney ke sath serve kare

Notes:- 

Agar aap baad may khaana chahe toh aap inhe adhkaccha fry karke press kar le aur thanda hone ke baad box may rakh kar fridge may rakh le (2 din tak store kar sakte hai)

Jab khaana ho tab fridge se nikal kar deep fry kare crispy hone tak
