Lal Chutney/ Mircha Chutney (garlic flavour)

Lal Chutney khadi lal mirch ko bheega kar banti hai

Ise aap bhel, pakodo, chaat, momos etc may use kar saktey hai

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Khadi lal mirch(saboot)- 20-25

Garlic- 4-5 cloves

Salt to taste

Method

Ek do ghante ke liye lal mirch ko dhoo kar pani may bheega de

Baad may pani chaan le

Ab garlic aur thoda pani mila kar chikna pis le beej tak pis jaye

An nikal kar namak mila le

Aap chaho toh nimboo ras bhi mila sakte hai

Note:

Agar jyada teekha na khana ho toh chapata mirchi se banaye

Chapata (चपाटा) mirch- badi badi ekdum lal lal rang ki hoti hai aur teekhi nahi hoti

Ye grocery store may aap kahenge toh de dega
