Crispy Bhindi/ Okra Chips

Aap crispy bhindi ko main course, side dish, starter ya evening snacks kaise bhi serve kar saktey hai

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients:-

Bhindi- 1/2 kg (cut into thin diagonals)

Besan- 3-4 tbsps

Salt to taste

Lal mirch powder

Garam masala- 2 tsps

Oil for deep frying

Method:-

Bhindi ko patla lamba ya tirchha cut kar le

Ab ismay sare masaley dalkar mix kar le (dry hi rakhna hai)

Ab ise garam oil may deep fry kare

Bich bich may chalatey rahe aur jab bhindi upar aa jaye aur halki Crispy ho jaye tab nikal le

Note:-

Ye thanda hone par aur crispy ho jati hai

Ise dhak kar na rakhe otherwise ye soft ho jayegi (aap bas paper may lapet kar rakhe aur jab completely thanda ho jaye toh aap ise store kar saktey hai box may
