Dum Aloo

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Chote size ke aloo- 15

Make a fine paste:-

Pyaz- 2 chotey

Garlic- 2-3 cloves

Hari mirch- 2-3

Ginger- 2″

Masala:-

Tez patta- 2

Dal chini- 1-2 tukda

Garam masala- 1/2 tsp

Kitchen king masala- 2-3 tsp

Lal mirch powder- 1-1.5 tsp

Haldi- 1/2 tsp

Dhaniya powder- 1 tsp

Kasoori Methi- 2-3 tsp

Salt to taste

Other Ingredients

Dahi- 2 tbsp

Tomato ketchup- 2 tbsp (optional)

Oil

Bareek kata hara dhaniya for garnishing

Method:-

Aloo ko dhookar cooker may dale aur pani dalkar 1 siti laga le

Aloo chilkar deep fry kar le

Kadai may oil/ ghee garam kare aur tez patta, dal chini dale

Ab ismay pyaz wala paste dalkar oil chorne tak seke

Ab sare masaley aur thoda sa pani dale aur kuch der seke

Ismay tomato sauce aur dahi add kare aur kuch der aur seke. Jab oil chorne lage tab kasoori methi, aloo aur namak dalkar kuch der kam aanch par dhak kar pakaye aur bich bich may mix karte rahe

Ab pani dale aur 2-3 boil de kar utar le aur hara dhaniya se garnish kare
