Chana Dry


Chana dry is a dhaba speciality. It is made with chickpeas flavoured with some spices. You can serve this with roasted papad and soup. My Ladoo’s favourite dish 😀😀😀

Here is the recipe:-

Ingredients:-

Chana/chole/chickpea- 1 cup

Onion- 1 cut into slices

Garlic- 6-7 cloves

Green chillies- 2 cut into big pieces

Besan- 2-3 tbsp

Salt

Black salt

Lal mirch powder-1 tsp

Amchur- 1/2 tsp

Chat masala

Oil for frying

Method:-

Chole ko 5-6 hours soak karke boil kar le.

Ek bowl may chole, besan, namak, kala namak, lal mirch aur amchur mila le aur ache se mix karle. Ab halka sa pani sprinkle kare taki ek coating ban jaye.


Ek dusre bowl may pyaz, garlic aur hari mirch ko bhi same method se besan se coat kare.

Ab chole ko garam oil may deep fry kare. Jab chole aadhe fry ho tab sath hi pyaz garlic aur hari mirch bhi dal de aur crispy hone tak fry kare.

Ab nikal ke upar se chat masala sprinkle kare aur serve kare.
