Here goes the recipe

Ingredients:-

For stuffing

Capsicum- 1

Carrots- 1

Onion- 2

Potatoes (boiled)- 2

Cauliflower- 1/2 cup

Cabbage- 1 cup

French Beans- 10-12

Matar- 1/2 cup (boiled)

Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Red chilli powder- 2 tsp

Garam masala- 1 tsp (Homemade)

Lemon juice- 1 tsp

Chopped coriander

Oil

For Dough:-

Gehu ka aata- 2 cup

Besan- 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Other Ingredients

Ghee

Butter

Method:-

Sab sabjiyo ko barik cut karle

Adrak aur garlic ka paste bana le ya bareek chop kar le

Paratey ke liye gehu( wheat), salt aur besan mila kar ka regular jaise aata laga le

Kadai may oil garam karke usmay ginger garlic paste dalkar seeke

Jab garlic ki raw smell chali jaye tab sari sabjiya ( aloo aur matar ko chod kar) dale aur kuch der seeke jab thodi soft ho jaye tab Lal mirch pwd, Namak, Garam masala aur Black pepper dalkar kuch der seke

Ab aloo aur matar mix karle aur thoda sa nimboo ras bhi dalkar thoda seke aur last may dhaniya patti dale aur mix karke thoda mash kar le

Ab dough ka chota chota portion le

Do roti same size ke bel le

Ab ek roti pe masala spread kare aur dusri roti uspe rakhe

(Sides ko pani ka hath lagakar chipka de)

Ab garam tave par seke ghee lagakar jab tak karara na ho jaye

Garma garam paratha butter/ chutney/ achar ke sath serve kare
