Paneer cabbage kofta curry 

For today’s lunch

Bas ek choti si kosish ki plating ki 😀😀😀

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients:-

For kofta:-

Paneer(kisa hya)- 1 cup

Cabbage (kisa hua)- 1/2 cup

Aloo(boiled and mashed)-2 medium

Hari mirch-2-3 finely chopped

Hara dhaniya- bareek kata hua

Namak

Method:-

Sabko mix karke chote chote balls banaye

Ab inhe cornflour may lapet kar deep fry kar le

Ingredients:-

For gravy:-

Make paste:-
2- onion

4-5 garlic cloves

1-2″ ginger

Smooth paste banaye

Make a paste:-
2 tamatar

2-3 hari mirch

Smooth paste banaye

Khada masala:-
1-2 tokda dalchini

2-4 laung

2-4 ilaichi

2 tez patta

3-4 khadi lal mirch

Masala:-
Salt

1/2 tsp haldi

1- 1 1/2 tsp lal mirch pwd

2 tsp dhaniya pwd

1/2 tsp jeera

1/2 tsp garam masala

Bareek kata hara dhaniya

Oil

Malai- 2-3 tbsp

Method:-

Kadai may oil garam kare ismay sare khade masale dale aur pyaz ka paste dale aur oil chorne tak bhune jab oil chor de tab tamatar paste dal kar seeke

Ek bowl may sare masale (namak chor kar) dale aur thoda pani dalkar paste jaisa kar le

Ab ise tamatar sekne ke baad mila de kuch der sek kar ab ismay malai dale kar seke ab thoda sa pani dale jitna thick gravy chahiye usse thoda sa jyada

Ab jab gravy tez garam ho jaye ismay namak mila de do min paka kar utar le
Bareek kata hara dhaniya mila de
Jab serve karna ho tab gravy tez garam kijiye usmay kofta dal kar 1-2 min rehne de ab serve kare.
