For my Prince Charming aaj ka tiffin…. Mere ladle ka favourite “Sabudana Khichdi” 😋😋😋
Here goes the recipe
Ingredients
2 cup- Sago (Sabudana)
3/4 cup- Peanut (roast and grind it)
2 Potatoes (boil and cut into pieces)
2-3 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
8-10 Curry Leaves
1-2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbps Finely Chopped Coriander
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Black Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
3 tbps Oil
Salt
Method
Wash and drain sabudana. Combine the sago and 1 & 1/2 cup of water in a deep bowl, mix well and keep aside to soak for 3 to 4 hours. You can also soak it overnight.
Soaked Sago
Roasted and Grinded Peanuts
Mix sago and peanuts in a bowl.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add the musdard seeds.
When the seeds crackle, add the curry leaves, green chillies, potatoes
Now add red chilli pwd, turmeric pwd. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
Add sago and peanuts mixture, salt. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5-10 minutes.
After 5-10 minutes it will look like this
When sago turns white cook it for another few minutes.
When it turns transparent add lemon juice and chopped coriander.
Note:-
When sabudana khichadi is made for “Fast” please don’t add mustard seeds and turmeric pwd in it.

Trick bas itna hai ki jab bhi aap sabudana soak karo aap usmay pani sabudana ke level tak hi rakhe usse jyada nahi
Aur peanuts acche se add kare (pehle sabudana may mix kar lijiye phir kadai may daliyega
