Here goes the recipe
Chawal Dhokla
Mai dhokle ke liye pehle se aata piswa kar rakhti hu
Dhokla ka aata:-
2 kg – chawal
1/2 kg- chana dal
250 gm- udad dal
Sabko ache se pochkar (sukha kapda se acche se pochnkar) aata piswa kar rakh lijiye
Isse aap dhokle, paan roti aur chawal chilla bana sakte hai
Dhokla
2 cup dhokle ka aata
1 tbsp dahi
Namak
Zara si haldi
1 tsp oil
Method
Raat ko Sabko mila kar pani se ghol le na bhaut gaadha na hi jyada patla
Ab ise dhak kar kisi garam jagah pe rakh de fermentation ke kiye( sardi hai toh aap woollen se bhi cover kar sakte hai)
Next morning
Is batter may 1.5 sachets (1 & 1/4 tsp) eno mix karke aur ise oil se grease kiye hue sanche may dalkar bhapa le
Thanda ho jaye toh pieces cut karle
Ab ise chown kar khaye ya yu hi

Oil
Rai/ sarso
Lal mirch pwd (optional)
Curry patta
Hari mirch bareek kati hui ya jaise aapko pasand ho
Method
Oil garam kare aur usmay rai dale
Jab rai tadakney lage tab hari mirch aur curry patta dale aur kuch seconds seke
Ab ismay lal mirch sprinkle kare aur turant dhokla ke pieces dalkar ache se mix kare
Ab aapko agar crispy seeka hua dhokla pasand ho toh ise dheeme aanch par seekney de aur agar aapko soft pasand ho toh bas mix kare aur kuch hi seconds may utar le aur bareek kata hara dhaniya se garnish kare
Note:-
Agar aapko pasand ho toh aap dhokla bhappaney se pehle usmay thodi si bheegi hui chana dal bhi add kar saktey hai
Agar aata nahi piswana ho toh aap 3-4 hours ke liye rice aur dono dal ko bheega kar piss lijiye aur raat bhar fermentation ke liye dahi aur namak, haldi aur oil mix karke rakh dijiye (same process)
Iske liye:-
Rice- 2 cup
Chana dal- 1/2 cup
Udad dal (white)- 1/4 cup
