Fried Idli (from leftover idlis)

Fried idli mere Ladoo ka favourite tiffin item hai since childhood. Aaj maine ismay onions bhi add kiya hai aur thoda spicy banaya hai par aap ise bina pyaz ka bhi bana sakte hai.

Here is the recipe:-

Ingredients:-

Pehle se taiyar idli (maine suji idli li hai)- 7-8

2 pyaz bareek kata hua

2 hari mirch bareek kati hui

Curry patta- 6-7

Sarso dana

Oil

Lal mirch powder -1 1/2 tsp

Haldi – 1/4 tsp

Salt

Bareek kata hara dhaniya

Method:-

Kadai may oil garam kare sarso dale jab tadak jaye curry patta aur hari mirch dale.

Ab pyaz dalkar seke jab pyaz light brown ho jaye ismay lal mirch aur haldi dale do minute kam aanch par bhune ab idli and thoda sa namak dal kar ache se mix karle.

Kam aanch karke do minute dhak de.

Utar kar bareek kata hara dhaniya milaye.
