Bread Idli


Bread idli is a very easy and innovative recipe with bread slices topped with mashed potatoes. 

Here is the recipe:-

Ingredients:-

10- Bread slices

2 big size- boiled and mashed potatoes

2- green chilies (finely chopped)

Chopped coriander

Salt

Black pepper

1/4 cup Hung Curd
Oil
Rai/ sarso(mustard seed)

Curry patta

Method:-

Bread slices ko katori se gol cut kar le

Ek bowl may aloo, hari mirch, dhaniya patti, namak, kali mirch mix kare

Bread ke ek side aloo ka masala laga le
Tava garam kare usmay thoda sa oil dale aur rai dale jab tadakne lage tab usmay mitha neem patta( curry patta) dale aur aloo wali side se bread ko tave pe palte(see pictures given below).

Ab bread ke upar wali side may dahi phaila de aur dhak de aur haan aanch kam hi rakhe jab dahi sukh jaye aur niche se aloo bhi seek jaye tab ise plate may nikal le(aloo wala portion niche hi rahega)

Serve hot with green chutney & tomato ketchup.
