Suji Dhokla is quick and easy to make without requiring any grinding or fermenting, yet it is as fluffy and tasty as you would expect a dhokla to be, making it an ideal dish to whip up for breakfast or evening tea-time . Just mix all the ingredients, let them rest for half an hour and then steam the batter. The Tempering added on top of the dhokla after it is cooked is the master stroke, as in the case of any dhokla recipe. It gives the Semolina Dhokla a fabulous aroma and special flavour. Serve it with green chutney to make a yummy snack. Dhoklas are also a good accompaniment.

Suji -2 cup
Eno- 1 sachet
Haldi-1/4 tsp se thodi kam
Eno chor kar sab ek bowl may mix kare aur jaroorat ho tho thoda pani bhi add kar lijiye
Is batter ko 1/2 ghanta ke liye side rakh de
Ab ismay eno mix karke idli shape may ya dhokla plate may bana le
Thanda karke nikal le
For Tadka (Tempering):-
Sarso-1/4 tsp(moti rai)
Bareek kati hari mirch aur hara dhaniya
Kadai may oil garam kare usmay sarso dale jab tadak jaye ismay hari mirch aur curry patta add kare saute karke dhokla dal de aur mix kake utar le
Aapko pasand ho toh aap ise thoda karakar bhi sek sakte hai
Utar kar thoda sa hara dhaniya dale
Serve hot with green chutney.
